Everything sharpened by Southern Sharpeners is guaranteed to be sharp to the customer's satisfaction. If, for any reason the customer is not satisfied, the customer may return the item to us and we will re-sharpened and returned the item to the customer, free of charge. We will also refund the amount you paid to have it sharpened originally and the cost to have it sent to us. If you are local, we will pick it up and deliver it for free.
